PREPARATION

Natural, roasted, or blanched hazelnut kernels are cut horizontally and finely chopped using the appropriate technique. The membrane content and moisture content of the product are adjusted to the desired level.

Single or multiple sizes are available: 9 - 11 mm, 11 - 13 mm, 13 - 15 mm, 15 mm+, or 9 mm - 16 mm.
