Natural, roasted, or blanched hazelnut kernels are prepared according to the desired thickness. The membrane ratio and moisture content of the product are adjusted to the desired level.

Prepared in sizes of 0 - 1.5 mm, 0 - 2 mm, and 1 - 3 mm.

USE

Used in the ice cream, chocolate, biscuit, and pastry industries.

PACKAGING

25 kg, 50 kg, and 80 kg jute nylon bags; 25 kg and 50 kg Kraft bags; 5 kg, 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 20 kg, and 25 kg transparent colored or aluminum vacuum bags; in cardboard boxes or pallets without cardboard; and in 500 kg, > 700 kg, 800 kg, and 1000 kg large bags.
